Studio Picsel (Welsh for Pixel) is my photography studio, and the only photography studio in Newport to hire with Cyclorama Wall / Infinity Curve. We also offer studio lighting and post-processing workshops in Lightroom and Photoshop with a highly experienced tutor.
Brand new in 2025 this photography studio includes the kit local photographers and videographers need to create stunning photographs.
Fully Equipped Photography Studio
When you hire Picsel studio you will have access to everything you need to create stunning photographic images. Some of the equipment is included in the hire price, with options to add other equipment if required.

- Studio Strobes x 6 (450w Pixapro Storm ii, Bowens, or similar)
- Trigger for wireless connection to strobes
- Cyclorama Studio - white
- Black or gray paper background - 2.73 meters wide
- Light modifiers: Octabox x2, Square Softbox, Beauty Dish, Strip Boxes x2, Shoot-through and reflective umbrellas
- Curved reflector for clamshell lighting
- Standing desk for lead shooting [bring your own computer or hire ours]
- Clothes rail, hangers, clothes steamer
- Great Coffee and Tea
